What is Hilight Sports?

Hilight Sports is an online college sports recruitment platform that connects prospective high school student-athletes and collegiate transfers with college coaches. We also match college athletes looking to capitalize on their NIL with brands who would want to hire them for campaigns and deals.

Who Can Use Hilight Sports?

High School Student-Athletes: can use the platform to match with college coaches and get recruited, aside from creating showcasing events with fellow student-athletes and inviting coaches.

Collegiate Student-Athletes: can use the platform to connect with college coaches if they're willing to transfer schools; can also connect with brands to take advantage of their NIL.

College Coaches: can use Hilight Sports to recruit high school student-athletes and collegiate transfers.

Brands / Sponsors: can use the platform to match and sign NIL deals with collegiate student-athletes of their interest.

By analyzing your profile, performance, academic history, and aspirations, Hilight Sports AI identifies the best university and program options, optimizing your chances of being noticed by the right coaches.

How does Hilight Sports AI optimize recruitment for college coaches?

Hilight Sports AI acts as your most efficient recruitment assistant. It actively searches for the best talents that fit your program's objectives, considering not only athletic and academic skills but also each athlete's profile compared to your current roster. This ensures you find the ideal candidates to complete your team.

Furthermore, the platform offers valuable insights on how to optimize your recruitment program. Through data analysis and trends, the AI can suggest strategies to improve talent acquisition, identify gaps in your team, and predict the impact of new hires, all to help you build a winning program.

Is Hilight Sports Free To Use?

All users can create Hilight Sports profiles at any time. Student-Athletes have the Premium Subscription option, which unlocks all functions of the platform (see "PRICING" tab). Hilight Sports will ALWAYS BE FREE FOR COLLEGE COACHES AND SPONSORS.

Can I Upload Videos And Stats To My Profile?

YES! Student-athletes are encouraged to upload their highlight videos and playing stats/numbers to their profile, which will give coaches more information about you and will increase your likelihood of getting recruited.

Verified Profile: What Is It?

To increase your visibility and chances of getting recruited, Hilight Sports allows athletes to get double verifications on their profile: by submitting documents that prove their playing stats and numbers, and by having their high school or club coach sign off on the veracity of those stats! These will make college coaches more comfortable when liking your profile and will increase their interest in you.

How Does The Matching System Work?

To match, student-athletes set their college preferences, make their profile as attractive as possible, and wait for coaches to like them. They also have the option to add schools to their target list, which the coach will note once they come across the student-athlete's profile.

College coaches can use the Hilight Sports filtering system to match only with players they are interested in. By selecting which attributes, rankings, or set of results are of importance to them, coaches will be presented only with profiles of student-athletes who fit that criteria. From there they can choose to like those profiles.

Sponsors can use the same filtering system, including the ability to look for the student-athlete's minimum social media engagement and presence across platforms. From there, they can choose which student-athletes would best fit their brand and what they are looking for in a specific campaign or long-term ambassador.
